  65. Distribution Requirements

  68. The Shareware version of International Cricket may be distributed as long as
  69. the following conditions are satisfied:

  71.         - International Cricket is identified as Shareware and that a
  72.           registration fee of at least 15 pounds (US$ 25) must be paid to the
  73.           author if it is found useful.
  74.  
  75.         - International Cricket must be distributed complete with no files
  76.           missing or altered.  All copyright notices and documentation must be
  77.           included.

  79.         - The fee charged for distributing International Cricket does not
  80.           exceed 5 pounds or US$ 9.
  81.  
  82.         - International Cricket may not appear in adverts, catalogs or any
  83.           other literature that describes it as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  84.           "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.  You may not list
  85.           International Cricket in adverts, catalogs or any other literature
  86.           as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE".  International Cricket is copyrighted
  87.           material and has never been in the public domain.

  89.         - BBS SysOps may distribute International Cricket as long as there are
  90.           no files removed from the original compressed file.  The SysOp
  91.           should inform the author that they are carrying International
  92.           Cricket.

  94.         - Disk Vendors choosing to distribute International Cricket should
  95.           send a copy of their catalog to the author along with a description
  96.           of how they define the Shareware concept to their customers.
  97.           Distributors who are recognised by the ASP as adhering to its
  98.           guidelines for distributing Shareware need only send their catalog.

  100.         - CD-ROM Vendors may include this file on Shareware CD-ROMs.  The
  101.           author should be notified in advance.  A complimentary copy of the
  102.           CD-ROM is requested to be sent to the author.

  104.         - Magazine cover disks/CD-ROMs compilers may include International
  105.           Cricket on the cover providing the author is contacted first and a
  106.           copy of any editorial in the magazine concerning International
  107.           Cricket is sent when the magazine is published.  The author will
  108.           provide a disk that mentions the magazine on the title screen.

  110.         - Rack vendors may distribute International Cricket as long as it is
  111.           not bundled with any other software and a complimentary copy of the
  112.           retail product is sent to the author.

  114.         - The author reserves the right to revoke any distribution licence
  115.           at any time without notice or reason.

  117. Where the author asks to be contacted it is acceptable to communicate by
  118. E-Mail providing the author has replied to your E-Mail.

  120. If a disk is included the latest Shareware version of International Cricket
  121. will be included with the reply.
